Who says it has to be white? The bride wanted something unique and different for her special day. She and her fiance have a love of chocolate and raspberries so a chocolate raspberry truffle cake was designed just for them. Each cake has layers of a rich chocolate raspberry ganache filling and raspberry sauce. The tops are adorned with hand rolled truffles, fresh raspberries, raspberry sauce and mint. A rich ganache frosting was used and the sides are adorned with chocolate bark.
