Most cakes depending on the size can have 2-3 layers. They are typically decorated in Buttercream Frosting or Chocolate Ganache. Chocolate Bark can be added to some styles creating a dramatic display. Visit the Cakes & Frostings Flavors page to see a list of all the flavors available.

Pricing for Specialty Cakes vary depending on the number of cakes ordered, the size and the design details involved. Call me to discuss what you are looking for and to get a price quote for your Specialty Cake.

For large orders delivery, display rental and set-up are available within a 50 mile radius of Portland, Maine. Charges will be assessed depending on location and what is needed. A price quote can be provided once services and the designs details have been discussed.
