Reserving an Order

|
A lot of planning goes into designing and creating products for an event. I recommend reserving your order well in advance from the date you have chosen. For smaller products please give at least 2-8 weeks notice. For large orders even longer is recommended. Some designs may require the ordering of packaging and supplies, please keep that in mind when reserving. Make your plans as soon as possible as some dates can be book up weeks or even months in advance, so sooner is better to guarantee space and availability.

Pricing varies depending on the size of order and the products chosen. Please inquire about getting a price quote for your special event.

On large orders a 50% deposit is required. Payment in full is needed 2 weeks prior to the event or date of delivery. Once the details have been worked out a contract will signed and a deposit is due. This will reserve space for your order and lock in your date. The deposit will be retained for any cancelations. Two months notice is needed for cancelations as availability for my services requires advance notice. Please contact me if you have any questions regarding my policies.

For smaller orders like Cookies or a Specialty Cake please give me a call to check on availability. I do not have desserts on hand as I bake to order making sure you get the freshest products. At least two weeks advance notice is best to reserve your custom order. Payment in advance is needed on out of state or shipped orders.
